Overview
atuo3max is designed so personal finance records remain on your device by default. We do not require an account to start using the app. This policy explains what information may be stored locally, what information may be shared only when you decide to send it, and how we approach privacy in support and product operations.
Information stored on device
Budget records, route notes, spending logs, review summaries, and category correction rules are stored locally unless you choose to export them. This may also include settings related to budgets, route organization, category naming, and review preferences that help the app function consistently on your device.
Information we do not require
atuo3max is designed to work without mandatory account creation. We do not require your name, phone number, government ID, bank credentials, or continuous cloud sync information in order to use the core finance tracking and route review experience.
How your data is used
Information stored inside the app is used to provide budgeting, logging, route review, pattern detection, and export features. Local records are used to generate views such as Pulse Spend, Budget Burn, Slot Budget, and Impact Timeline on your device.
Support communications
If you contact support, we may receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and the details needed to answer your request. This can include screenshots, device details, app version information, or exported examples if you choose to provide them for troubleshooting.
We use this information only to respond to the request, diagnose reported issues, improve support quality, and maintain the safety and reliability of the service.
Permissions and local access
Depending on platform capabilities, atuo3max may request limited access needed for features you actively use, such as access to local files for export or import workflows. Any such access is intended to support user-requested actions rather than background data collection.
Exports
Exported files are created at your direction. After export, how those files are stored or shared depends on the tools and storage services you choose. You are responsible for reviewing where an exported file is saved, which apps can access it, and whether it is later uploaded to third-party storage or messaging services.
Third-party services
The app experience is designed to minimize third-party dependence. However, if you contact us through email providers, submit files through external services, or download the app from a platform marketplace, those providers may process information under their own privacy terms and operational practices.
Data retention
Local records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, remove the app, or reset your device. Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period to answer follow-up questions, maintain records of prior requests, and improve support workflows.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the app and any support channels, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You should also protect your device with appropriate safeguards, review the destination of exported files, and avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured channels unless necessary.
Children's privacy
atuo3max is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide independent consent for data processing. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can review and address the situation.
International handling
If you contact us from outside the region where our support operations are handled, your message and related information may be processed in another jurisdiction. We aim to handle such communications with appropriate care and only as needed to provide support.
